- The price of renting an outfit will be 3/10 of the MRP
- You must deposit the MRP of the outfit as the security deposit and after you have returned the outfit in the same condition as delivered, you can get the amount back minus the renting amount, i.e., 3/10 of the MRP
- For renting any outfit, 10 days prior request is mandatory
- The rented outfits will be available for 4 days only
- After 4 days Rs.500 per day will be chargeable for the outfit
- Outfits will be delivered with proper customisation and dry cleaning
- Damaged outfits will not be returned
- There shall be no returns and cancellations on the products.
- At the time of returning the product, you are required to package the product in the original packing in which it was delivered to you or any return packing provided to you by the Site Owner at the time of delivery of the product. Kindly ensure that you seal the package properly.
- There is no cash refund.
- Cancellation request shall be done before the shipment after that no refund will be made
- All cancellation or rent requests to be mailed at support@shapelybysomwya.com
- Request will be cancelled if the product is no longer available or temporarily unavailable.
- In case if you are not available to pick up the order and if the delivery guy has to take back your order, then next time the order is delivered, the delivery amount has to be paid again to the delivery guy before receiving the order.
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
- Security deposit to be paid at the time of pick up and will be returned after a thorough quality check & on receiving necessary clearances.
- If outfit is damaged or has stains security amount will be deducted.
- Refund will be done through online bank transfer which will take 10-15 working days to refund after we receive the outfit and QC is done.
- In case of permanent damage, Security deposit will be forfeited and user is expected to pay 50% of the outfit MRP (Minus Security Deposit).
- It is here by clarified that this Return Policy is not applicable for Products that are being purchased by you through the Site.
